Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the physical product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns or refunds, including:
- Digital products – such as eBooks, downloadable templates, software, or planners – after download or access has been provided.
- Custom services – including consultations, financial plans, or tailored business strategies – once initiated or completed.
- Gift cards or store credits.
- Bundled packages, if any portion of the package has been accessed or utilized.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds for physical products may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Books, journals, or planners with obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds for Services
Refunds for services (such as financial consulting, bookkeeping, or advisory services) may be issued only if:
- The service has not been initiated.
- A portion of the service was not delivered as promised, and the failure is due to our error.
Refunds for services are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return or assess your refund request for physical products or services:
- We will notify you via email of the receipt and status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If a refund is denied, we will provide an explanation via email.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@cashflowcents.com.
Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Exchanges
We replace physical items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, use the marketplace exchange process. (For example, if you purchased our item from Amazon, Etsy, or another marketplace, please use the exchange or return process on these marketplaces first. These marketplaces have procedures in place for products sold through their platform.)
If the issue is not resolved – or you purchased the goods directly from our Site – email us at support@cashflowcents.com. We will advise next steps, and provide a physical address to mail the item back, if necessary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser had it sent to themselves, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a physical product, email us at support@cashflowcents.com. We will advise next steps, and provide a physical address to mail the item back, if necessary.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Digital Product Issues
If you experience technical difficulties with digital products:
- Contact us at support@cashflowcents.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- We will attempt to resolve the issue or provide access to the product again.
Refunds for digital products are not provided after access or download has been initiated unless required by applicable law.
Modifications
This Refund and Returns Policy may be updated periodically to ensure compliance with applicable laws, reflect changes to our refund, return, and exchange practices, or address updates to the products, services, or offerings covered by this policy. When we amend this policy, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy.
We recommend that our users periodically review this policy to ensure that they are notified of any updates. If necessary, we may also notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on our Site.
Your continued use of our Site, products, and services after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
